I reached out to the dealership via email and within minutes I was speaking with Mike, a salesman. An appointment was made to view the truck and to take it for a test drive. During the test drive, Mike was not pushy and was very attentive to concerns I may have had. The truck was listed accurately. I made the decision to purchase the truck and the process couldn't have been any easier and pleasant compared to other dealers. After two days, I observed a few minor issues and contacted the dealership and spoke to Gaby. I drive up from Boston to have my car serviced and one of the reasons is because of the following....The very knowledgeable and friendly mechanic who was doing the grease, oil, filter, prep for winter came out and said that he found a nail in a tire and repaired it!! Wow! someone actually took the time to check the entire vehicle out!!! Saved me from calling AAA in the middle of the night!!! Thank you!!! The Best people in the business!!
